Caribbean Flava is a locally owned
and operated Caribbean restaurant in the Smallwood Village shopping center
near Safeway just off of St. Charles Parkway. It is conveniently
located in Waldorf MD, a Charles County suburban Maryland city, in the
Washington DC area. It is just about 1 mile east from Route 301
Crain Highway and ½ mile from the intersection of Smallwood Dr
and St Charles Parkway.

Caribbean
Flavas' owner is originally from Kingston, Jamaica, who has brought
to the mainland his Caribbean food "flavas" and recipes, heavily
influenced by his mother. He uses only Caribbean cooks to prepare his
daily fresh entrees including curry, jerk, and roti prepared: chicken,
goat, shrimp and other seafood.
Caribbean Flavas offers authentic Jamaican dishes that
feature seasonings of the Caribbean including ginger, Chile pepper, cinnamon,
nutmeg, garlic, onion and thyme and are prepared fresh daily.
Additional spice may be added upon request if extra spicy if what you
have in mind.
Caribbean Flavas' favorite entrees include:
Jerk
Chicken (marinated for 24 hrs in a jerk sauce before it is grilled)

- Chicken Wings (seasoned the "Jamaican way" & fried the
